We are pleased to announce that Dr. Marco Decker has joined our company as Managing Director and shareholder with immediate effect.

Dr. Decker has many years of sound and practical experience in the concrete and building materials industry. His professional focus is on the technical and economic optimization of precast plants, the development and application of modern concrete admixtures as well as quality and process optimization in the production of concrete products and paving stones.

Dr. Marco Decker previously held a management position at an international construction chemicals group. During this time, he was responsible for the product and application strategy for concrete products, precast elements and earth-moist concretes and worked closely with application technology, sales and marketing.

Dr. Decker began his professional career in research. As a research assistant and doctoral student at the Technical University of Munich, he worked intensively on the analysis and optimization of cement-bound building materials. Today, he combines this scientific expertise with a strong practical and customer focus. This is also reflected in his previous role, in which he focused in particular on optimizing concrete formulations, improving surface quality, reducing efflorescence and increasing production stability and efficiency in concrete and paving block plants.

Now we and Dr. Marco Decker are taking the next step: “In a constantly changing world of building materials, in which the requirements of concrete products and precast plants are changing due to the changing raw materials and higher demands of more sustainable concrete recipes, the agile 3CS offers an ideal platform to respond to these customer needs,” says Dr. Decker. In addition to his industrial activities, Dr. Decker is also a regular speaker at specialist congresses and industry conferences, where he speaks on topics such as concrete technology, precast production, concrete product optimization and sustainable building material solutions.

The arrival of Dr. Decker as Managing Director and shareholder represents an important milestone for our company. He strengthens the technical expertise and strategic development of 3CS in the long term and brings significant added value for our customers in particular – through in-depth technical support, practical solutions and a consistent focus on quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the product range and production.
